Chronicles of a Chaos Coordinator

It just a matter of time until we have our own little Spivey running around our house... I'm not talking about a baby, in case I fooled you-haha! We are getting a dog!!!!! I am so excited! I get to meet our prospective new family member this weekend!! :) Can you tell that I'm estatic?!?! I found a beautiful Shih Tzu online from a top of the line breeder, and we are going to meet them this weekend :) They have 12 Champion show dogs, but they have taken some time to themselves and bought a Yamaha Dealership, so they aren't going to have new litters anytime soon, but they have some 13 month old pups, and we are getting one!! The mother: KiAnn These are some of our prospects : Aren't they just precious?!? I can't wait to make one of them part of the Spivey fam! :) If you have any name ideas- throw them out there for us!

OK, so this blog may be the most pointless blog I write, but I just can't believe it.... I'm sitting here in my apt watching the A&M/Tech game, and my stomach is in knots!! For some reason, I am feeling every single play! LOL ! Now, those of you who know me well, know that I didn't grow up watching football- at all. We were definitely a baseball and basketball family. We didn't even have football while I was in high school until my Jr. year. So, needless to say, I didn't know anything about it until I moved to College Station and started watching the Aggie's . Then, I met Britt, and if you know him at all, you now know why I'm sitting here watching it- haha ! Once I learned the rules of the game, and appreciate it for what it is- a game, it has really grown on me, and I enjoy watching it. The excitement this week has been off the charts! To start it off, Amy and Dustin were blessed with two little miracles . We are so happy for both of them, and can't wait to meet the boys. They have begun an exciting new journey in their life. The very next day, I was meeting two friends for dinner, Morgan and Kelci, at Chilis, and the next thing I know Morgan has decided to put on Christ in baptism!! I can't even decribe to you the excitement/tears that filled us at the dinner table! Probably more excitement than tears, but there were definitely tears. We called Chris to meet us that the pool at mine and Britt's apartment complex. Called a few friends, and about 9:15 that night, she was baptized and we were celebrating the birth of a new Christian!! Well, we finally have internet up and running :) You can now be updated on what's going on in the Spivey household. Since the wedding, we took an amazing honeymoon to Maine! It was beautiful there! The mountains, the rivers and lakes, and the weather. What a perfect place to spend time with the man I love. We went white water rafting and relaxed by the lake while enjoying the beautiful scenery. Now that we have been back, Britt has started his classes, and I a job at Brazos Valley Bank. Britt is somehow managing to take 19 hours, work, play intramural flag football, soccer, and softball, AND be the most wonderful husband in the world. What a super man he is!!
